In 2015, Citizens National Bank (CNB) approached Adrenaline after realizing a need to upgrade their branches to service customers in a more personal manner.
Not only did the bank want to improve upon the traditional banking model, but also reemphasize their brand with an updated look. Additionally, CNB saw this upgrade as an opportunity to embrace the concept of the Universal Banker, a topic that Adrenaline knows well. Universal Banking not only consists of physical changes to a bank branch, but cultural ones as well. Cultural training is pivotal when transforming branches and Adrenaline provided a customized program for all employees, including top personnel.
Adrenaline began the transformational process with an Ideation session with participants including Brad Tidwell (President), Woodie Tipps (EVP, Chief Retail Officer) and other members of the CNB family. From that Ideation, the Adrenaline team began to build a strategy focused on the Customer Journey within the space. New Hampshire based Retail Experience Designer, Randye Kerstein, was the lead designer responsible for translating the ideas on paper into a manifestation in the physical space. Of course, every good designer needs a Project Manager and James Grant was key in the final implementation of the plan.
On June 15th, 2016, Adrenaline was invited to be a part of the Grand Opening of the 4th Street location in Longview, TX and visit the other two locations in White Oak, TX and Pine Tree in Longview, TX. All projects were completed in early 2016 and the client (and Adrenaline) couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
