Wednesday, February 17, 2021 – In an dynamic new interview on Atlanta Business Radio, Adrenaline’s Sean Keathley describes the company’s experience design services and supporting banks and credit unions in balancing digital and physical and delivery, from the brand to the branch, especially critical in our new COVID normal. He says, “We believe – especially in one of the major verticals we serve which is financial services – money is very personal, and you just can’t do everything online. Humans crave interaction, especially when there’s advice-based or high-value transactions, physical plays a [critical] role.”
In an engaging discussion with host Lee Kantor, Sean says consumers don’t really think about banks and transactions – they think about experiences – and those consumer experiences don’t exist in a silo. He explains that Adrenaline’s approach is based supporting banks and credit unions as they create a holistic brand experience and leverage the in-person retail channel. “We’re helping our clients think about what a physical location can do with their overall strategy based on their business objectives,” Sean explains. “And again, the human interaction [element] creates opportunity.”
When asked about how Adrenaline has expanded what an agency does beyond branding and advertising, into a bigger picture, Sean says, “We do not sell big packages to people. We try to solve their problems.” And in banking, one of their biggest problems is in finding a sustainable approach to brand experience across their channels. “So, it is forcing these organizations to think differently,” explains Sean. “We help our clients make sure they are balancing efficiency and experience, and that really defines what Adrenaline is trying to help our clients do.”
