In the presentation tailored exclusively for high-level bank decision-makers, Gina said, “Rapidly evolving consumer demands require you to adapt delivery approach in every channel, especially post-COVID. That means prioritizing key opportunities.” To do that, banks and credit unions must find a way to take cost out to reinvest to grow. Gina said, “Part of that reinvestment will be through expanded drive-up services and remote ITMs that bridge physical and digital delivery.” These insights are especially relevant now as McKinsey reports that aggressive network optimization delivers four times greater productivity than more gradual change.
