Adrenaline Separates from Parent Company

Management buyout empowers trailblazer in experience design to write the next chapter of its dynamic story

Adrenaline is proud to announce the next phase in the company’s evolution, having just completed a management buyout (MBO) to officially separate from its former parent company, NewGround International (NGI). This new structure enables Adrenaline to not only chart its own future course, but take a formative step toward a goal of employee ownership.

The key executives now autonomously in charge are already well-established leaders within the company. Sean Keathley (President & CEO), Frank Beardsworth (Managing Director), Gina Bleedorn (Chief Experience Officer) and Chris Howe (Experience Strategist) were foundational in building Adrenaline into the experientially-focused branding, advertising, digital and retail environment design-through-implementation powerhouse it is today. This leadership team is commited to building a culture of passion and commitment in its people that will permeate into the experiences they create for clients.

The separation transition will be a seamless, non-event for Adrenaline’s clients and partners.  The quality of work and clients’ day-to-day experience with Adrenaline is a top-priority, and will only be enhanced as a result of this change.
