With more than 20 years of financial services experience, Jay is known industrywide for developing customized strategies that help clients meet emerging demands and future-proof their organizations. With deep and wide expertise in retail bank branch transformation, Jay is dedicated to helping clients design and deliver the best possible environment for customer and staff experiences, while achieving unprecedented levels of operational efficiency and brand loyalty. He lives just outside of St. Louis, MO with where he loves to enjoy outdoor adventures with his wife, with whom he has traveled to all 50 states and over 20 countries.
