Flagstar Converts 450+ Branches Over Presidents’ Day Weekend

Adrenaline partners with Flagstar Bank to transform its network of branches across 17 states

Thursday, February 22, 2024 – In what may be banking’s largest branch conversion in the shortest amount of time, Flagstar proudly unveiled their new branding at 469 branches on Tuesday, February 20. During the three-day Presidents’ Day weekend, Flagstar’s branch partner Adrenaline worked with dozens of teams across 17 states to pull off the conversion in record time and update the branch locations from the inside out – including interior and exterior signage, brand application, digital signage, furniture, flooring, painting, and more. 

Flagstar branch transformation by the numbers

In a massive 14-month workflow, Adrenaline provided branch network transformation services, including survey, design & development, design application, removal and remediation, implementation, installation, and finally, unveiling. The team oversaw the deployment of 3,583 exterior signs, painted and installed flooring in hundreds of thousands square feet of interiors, installed nearly 4,362 pieces of furniture, and implemented 400+ new digital signage systems.
