Tuesday, March 26, 2019 – From March 20-23, the CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council Conference convened at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas to advance the national credit union movement. Making meaningful member connections remains the biggest goal of credit unions across the country, and this conference is chock full of fresh thinking and focused strategies to empower CU leaders to spark change across their local credit union communities.
More than many other financial service providers, credit unions are doggedly dedicated to their customer member base. But just like other industries, credit unions are facing modern-era challenges like digital disruption and data analytics to drive both marketing budgets and membership growth. This annual conference supports credit unions by sharing insights and ideas to enhance marketing methods and build business development opportunities.
At the conference we heard from credit union representatives from across the country sharing their perspectives about what’s working best within their doors. Capping off the conference is the Diamond Awards celebration where the industry’s best ideas, inspirations and initiatives are acknowledged.
