Adrenaline Hits the Road: Bringing Thought Leadership to Seven Events This Spring

Adrenaline’s experts will be on the road and taking the stage throughout the spring of 2026, bringing thought leadership, expert guidance, and brand to branch strategies to events across the United States. Before you hit the beach, our subject matter experts will be hitting up seven of the top events for bank and credit union leaders.

Here’s where you can find us:

Marketing, PR & Development Conference

For credit union marketing leaders, the Marketing, PR & Development Conference is held by America’s Credit Unions from March 22-25 in Aurora, CO. Content sessions cover topics from building a PR foundation to marketing through a merger, and boast keynote speakers Ryan Harris, Bronco Superbowl Champion, and Jared Orton, President of the Savanna Bananas.

Juliet D’Ambrosio, Chief Experience Officer at Adrenaline, will deliver, “Winning Gen Z: How Credit Unions Become the Next Generation’s Choice,” on Monday, March 23 at 2:45 pm. In this session, attendees will explore how credit unions can attract and retain Gen Z by delivering a frictionless, consistent brand experience across digital and branch touchpoints – cultivating community, purpose, and belonging. We’ll share fresh research in partnership with Empower Credit Union, who commissioned a national study that reveals what Gen Z values, rejects, and rewards in banking relationships.

NCR Connect

This annual event for NCR’s ecosystem of clients, partners, and colleagues will be held from March 30 – April 1 in Orlando, FL. While Adrenaline isn’t presenting this year, we can’t wait to share a smoothie with you at our smoothie station!

Financial Brand Forum

The industry’s brightest minds in bank and credit union branding and marketing come together for Financial Brand Forum in Las Vegas, NV from April 13-15, where banking leaders gain insights and growth strategies from their peers and other experts in banking.

Kicking off the event, Adrenaline’s Chief Experience Officer Juliet D’Ambrosio will be presenting the pre-event workshop “Gen Z and the Future of Finance.” By 2030, Gen Z will comprise 74% of the global workforce, and engaging these consumers is a tricky balancing act between high-tech and high-touch. This interactive workshop will show you how to deliver the personalized and seamless banking experiences Gen Z demands, while also meeting these digital natives where they are. Packed with best practices for branding, marketing, and retail design, you’ll gain actionable strategies to break through, connect, and build loyalty with this influential demographic (and beyond).

Later in the week, Gina Bleedorn, President and CEO of Adrenaline, will deliver, “The Differentiation Dividend: How Strategic Naming Drives Growth.” In banking, it’s nearly impossible to stand out with brand names like Community, First, or National. These generic, me-too monikers are a silent tax on growth – confusing consumers and constraining acquisition as marketing budgets are squeezed. And in an industry dominated by consolidation and expansion, countless financial institutions will be legally forced to change names. This fast-paced session reveals how leading financial institutions create differentiation, accelerate growth, and quantify enterprise value by investing in strong, strategic brand names. Learn how to evaluate whether your institution’s name still works – and what you need to do when it doesn’t.

BankSpaces

Held in Bonita Springs, FL from April 19-21, BankSpaces is an invitation-only event that draws banking leaders from around the world to hear a mix of TED-style talks and fireside chats about trends and strategies for innovative bank branches. A true networking event, BankSpaces employs matchmaking, roundtables, and networking events to deliver a differentiated event experience.

Adrenaline President and CEO Gina Bleedorn will kick of this conference as the keynote for the third year in a row. Gina brings new thinking about how to bring together brand and branch strategies and impactful decision-making that drives new business.

Eltropy Emerge

A conference for community banks and credit unions, Eltropy Emerge is held April 21-23 in Santa Clara, CA and offers their users and partners a forum to connect, share best practices, and learn from each other.

Adrenaline’s Head of Growth, Andrew Johnson, will join the panel, “The Hybrid Branch” to share how forward-thinking credit unions are optimizing their physical and virtual footprints. Hear client stories and expert advice on modernizing retail operations, utilizing new tools like virtual branches, and maximizing member engagement through streamlined digital services.

Bank Director C-Suite Summit

Held by industry publication Bank Director, the C-Suite Summit is tailored to bank executives and offers an opportunity for them to collaborate in peer exchange groups and attend expert-led sessions. Participants are divided by similar titles and roles to candidly discuss specific challenges they face.

In Nashville, TN from April 27-28, Adrenaline subject matter experts will be both leading a peer exchange and delivering a session. Linda Bennett, Head of Business Development at Adrenaline, will lead the Marketing Peer Exchange, and Adrenaline CXO Juliet D’Ambrosio will deliver the session, “Branch Renaissance: Maximizing ROI Through Strategic Marketing, Acquisition & Cross-Sell.”

The session examines how leading financial institutions are transforming branches from cost centers to high-performing revenue engines through strategic marketing and customer engagement. Explore cutting-edge approaches including: “zonal planning” to optimize customer flow and increase conversions, experience design to deepen engagement, merchandising to drive product awareness and uptake, staff choreography to maximize relationship-building, and data-driven customer journey optimization.

Future Branches East

Billed as “the ultimate gathering for Retail Banking Innovators,” Future Branches East is held in Boston on June 15-17. This conference offers three days of sessions, case studies, and peer discussion to explore how to drive growth, modernize strategies, and meet rising customer expectations. This year Adrenaline CXO Juliet D’Ambrosio will be Chairperson for Day One and Adrenaline President and CEO Gina Bleedorn will deliver the keynote address.

From Gen Z to branch transformation, we’re bringing practical insights and fresh thinking to every stop on our spring events tour. If you plan to attend any of these events, we’d love to connect and have a conversation. Contact us to schedule an in-person meeting.
