Drawing on a decade of experience in business development, he is passionate about supporting financial institutions of all sizes as they create impactful, strategic solutions for both new and existing facilities. What he values most in his role is the opportunity to build relationships and earn trust, while helping leaders achieve their operational goals. Known for his collaborative approach and problem-solving mindset, he enjoys guiding clients through the branch transformation process, from early schematic discussions through to project completion. For Adam, the most rewarding part of the process is seeing how people experience their new environments and hearing them share the stories of how those branded spaces came to life. Based in Pittsburgh, Adam lives with his wife and two children. Outside of work, you can find him cheering on youth sports and rooting for his hometown teams, the Steelers and the Pirates.
