Throughout her career, she has led complex enterprise initiatives resulting in workflow modernization and large-scale transformation. Her work helps businesses improve performance by connecting executive decisions to day-to-day execution. Known for bringing structure to complexity, she partners with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, strengthen collaboration, and build scalable processes that drive measurable results. Beginning her career in marketing and advertising, she later helped scale a SaaS product organization through acquisition, founded her own consulting firm, and has worked in multiple roles across the construction industry. Outside of work, Audrey enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family, and finding adventure along the coast and in the mountains. Her latest pursuits are learning the art of sourdough bread making and hiking New Hampshire’s 48 4,000-foot peaks.
